Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy: We gladly accept US returns within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and all international orders are considered final sale.

Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return meets these requirements. Returns that do not comply with our policy will be refused and sent back to you.

Final Sale Items: Items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Worn Items: Items received that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of washing or wear will be refused and sent back to you. Returns cannot be processed after 30 days.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

Exchanges: We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Select the item you're returning, and you'll be prompted to choose a new size. Print your return label and ship back your order. As soon as your return is scanned by USPS, your exchange order will be placed. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Prepaid Returns:

  1. Verify your return is within the 30-day return window. Return shipping fees are $7.00. These fees will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are eligible for free return shipping.
  2. Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return.
  3. You will receive your shipping label and confirmation via email. Please use the original packaging when possible to reduce waste.

Returns Processing: If you use our prepaid return label, you will receive an email notification when we receive your return. Returns are typically processed within 5 business days, and you will be notified when your refund or store credit has been issued. Refunds may take up to five business days to reflect in your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.

If you did not use our prepaid return label, please allow up to four weeks for processing.
